Industry Posts-what’s happening in our industry that the customer might be interested in or impacted by
Quote Posts-these are where the post photos shows a quote by another source. Say something meaningful here (or say something humorous or fun) but make sure it is in your brand “tone”.
Definition Posts-any words or industry jargon definitions that will help your end user better understand your business and industry.
Link to Your Blog posts-these posts highlight your most recent blog post and provide a direct link to it on your website.
Fill in the Blank Posts-these posts ask a question or make a statement like “If I were a car, I would be a ________”. In the comments, the customer fills in the blank.
Shout Out Posts-here is where you reach out and mention an influencer: a neighbor, an associate, a nearby restaurant, or an actual social influencer.
PERSONAL POSTS
These posts “personify” your business or tell people more about you, the owner and your team.
Behind the Scenes Posts-show followers something about your business that others don’t get to see
About Us posts-let your audience know more about you and your company,
Team Photos-to put faces with your company name
Milestone Posts-these show how your business is growing. Your first year anniversary, you opened a new show room, your products were picked up by an international distributor, etc.
National Holiday Posts-try National Holiday Calendar for lists and there are others if this one doesn’t work for your type of business. These are a great way to introduce fresh topics into your content.
